Specialized Door & Dock Equipment ServicesBarr Commerical Door specializes in servicing the Commercial Property Management Industry, as well as hospitals, hotels & manufacturing facilities. Over the past several years, we have participated in the Friends of IREM program, and are currently working within the BOMA organization. We clearly understand the demands placed on managers & engineers by both the owners and tenants! That’s why we take pride in offering the many services to these industries!
- Budget pricing for future projects - We are happy to give free estimates, which include budget pricing for service, repair & replacement coming up in future years.
- Full circle communication - Many of our property managers are “off-site”. When requested, we are happy to call your office when service to one of your tenants is complete.
- Initial Calls with pre-set limits - We have several customers who have a pre-set “not to exceed” limit for the first service call. By having this NTE amount established, any authorized manager can call, fax or email a service request knowing that the bill will not go beyond the pre-determined amount without a phone call or fax quote from our company.
- As always, we give free estimates and offer same day & 24 hr. emergency service!
- We get to know your buildings - Usually, we assign an estimator or “account executive” to each facility. By doing so, our estimators become knowledgeable about the specific details, service history & key requirements regarding each of your properties. This allows us to provide exceptional service without taking up the valuable time of your managers or building engineers.
- Documentation - During the initial stages of our relationship, our technicians & estimators begin compiling details about your properties, including type & condition of your doors, hardware & loading dock equipment. As we compile this information, we are able to stream line future orders for service & materials.
- Hardware stocking program - We offer a stocking program (on your site or ours) where we order and stock various hardware that matches your building standard. By doing this, we can avoid long lead times for doors and hardware. This is a demand based program, so make sure to discuss this with one of our estimators.
